Breathe At A
Different Level.
Flood your cells with up to 300% more oxygen than ambient air while you exercise. Decades of research. Real, measurable results.
THE SCIENCE
What Is EWOT?
Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) involves breathing high-purity oxygen — delivered through our HyperMax system — while performing light exercise.
The elevated oxygen levels dramatically increase how much oxygen your blood delivers to tissues, organs, and brain.
Normal air is 21% oxygen. Our HyperMax system delivers up to 93% oxygen purity — nearly 300% more than you’re breathing right now.
During exercise, your cardiovascular system is already optimized for oxygen uptake, making EWOT sessions dramatically more efficient than oxygen therapy at rest.
EWOT has a decades-long track record in clinical settings. Athletes, rehabilitation patients, and wellness seekers use it for energy, recovery, cognitive clarity, and longevity.
How A Session Works
You wear an oxygen mask connected to our HyperMax reservoir and perform light exercise — walking, cycling, or bodyweight movement — for 15–20 minutes. The mask delivers high-purity oxygen throughout, and your working cardiovascular system drives it deep into every tissue.
Note: A mask and valve are required and not included with membership. Ask us about getting set up.
Stacking With Red Light
EWOT + Red Light Therapy are synergistic. Red Light increases cellular energy production (ATP). EWOT increases the oxygen supply fueling that production. Combined in a single session, the effects compound — members report noticeably greater results than either therapy alone.
RESEARCH OUTCOMES
What Does The Research Show?
+67%
ENDURANCE
Endurance capacity increased by 32–67% in published studies.
-60%
LACTIC ACID
Lactic acid buildup reduced by 34–60%, accelerating recovery.
+23%
MEMORY
Short-term memory improved by 19–23% in cognitive studies.
+14%
POWER OUTPUT
Power output increased 8–14% with consistent EWOT protocols.
-27%
RECOVERY TIME
Recovery time between training sessions reduced by 27%.

WHO IT’S FOR
Anyone Who Wants More From Their Body.
EWOT is used by a wide range of people across different goals and lifestyles.
Athletes & Active People
Train harder, recover faster. EWOT accelerates clearance of lactic acid, reduces DOMS, and improves VO2 max — making it a powerful complement to any serious training program.
Shift Workers & Physical Labor
Oil field workers, tradespeople, and anyone doing demanding physical work accumulate fatigue and inflammation. EWOT cuts recovery time dramatically — making it especially valuable for 2-on/2-off schedules.
Longevity & Anti-Aging
Oxygen is the primary fuel for cellular function. Decades of research show EWOT supports mitochondrial health, cognitive function, and systemic vitality as we age.

QUESTIONS
EWOT FAQ.
If you have a question not answered here, please contact us.
Yes — a mask and valve are required for hygiene and are not provided. Contact us before your first session and we’ll help you get the right setup. This is a one-time purchase.
Light to moderate aerobic exercise — walking, cycling, or gentle bodyweight movements. The goal is to elevate your heart rate enough to optimize oxygen uptake without exhaustion. Most sessions are 15–20 minutes.
Yes, and it’s recommended. Most members do EWOT first to flood the body with oxygen, then follow immediately with a Red Light session. The cellular energy boost from EWOT amplifies the photobiomodulation response.
EWOT is generally safe and has decades of clinical use. Consult your physician if you have a history of lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, or any condition where high oxygen delivery may be contraindicated. If you’re unsure, start with a consultation and we’ll advise appropriately.
